Up to £38,000 + Van + Fuel Card. (£18ph)
TS Recruitment are working with a Property Services / Social Housing Contractor who are recruiting permanent Maintenance Operatives with skills in; Tiling / Glazing / Plumbing and Carpentry.
Social Housing / Council work. Permanent opportunity.
Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade Operative role. A company van is provided.
Perform inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns professionally.
NVQ Level 2 required in a trade background.
