  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent NVQ qualification in Motor Vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with service department performance metrics (efficiency, productivity, and utilisation)
  • A proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels, from customers to colleagues.
  • Problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to think independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • A smart, professional appearance and the ability to handle confidential matters with diplomacy and tact.
Desirable Attributes:
  • HND or HNC in Motor Vehicles (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
