- City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent NVQ qualification in Motor Vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with service department performance metrics (efficiency, productivity, and utilisation)
- A proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels, from customers to colleagues.
- Problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to think independently and demonstrate initiative.
- A smart, professional appearance and the ability to handle confidential matters with diplomacy and tact.
- HND or HNC in Motor Vehicles (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
