Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional domiciliary care? I am seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to lead a domiciliary care service in East Sussex, close to the beautiful town of Eastbourne.

My client is a well-established care provider committed to delivering high-quality home care services to individuals in their community. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life for their clients while ensuring that the team feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
