We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Locum Social Worker to join our dedicated team in Westbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Social Worker.
  • Have demonstrable experience in completing Court of Protection actions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Continuing Healthcare (CHC) framework.
  • Have experience working within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality social work services, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders as part of the MDT.
  • Lead on Court of Protection applications, including preparation and submission of reports.
