Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Supply Teaching Assistants (TA) to join our team in Eastbourne. As a Supply TA, you will be working across a variety of schools, providing essential support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

You will be supporting children both in the classroom and during 1:1 or small group sessions, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
  • Assist the class teacher in creating a positive learning environment.
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups to offer additional support.
  • Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different schools in Eastbourne.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Current DBS registered on the update service or willing to apply.
