A well-respected practice with three offices in Hampshire is seeking an Audit Semi-Senior or Senior. Part of a growing top 40 accountancy practice, the firm provides expert solutions for entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals.

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits as part of a team
- Prepare accounts using IRIS software
- Clear reviews and finalise accounts, including checking disclosures in Limited Company Accounts
- Prepare Corporation Tax computations, including capital allowances
- Conduct statutory work for clients
- Attend training courses as directed
- Pursue day-release study towards ACCA/ACA qualification
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required

Ideal Candidate:
- AAT/ACCA/ACA part-qualified or qualified
- Minimum of 2 years' UK Audit practice experience
- Previous accounts production experience is essential
- Xero, Sage, and IRIS experience advantageous
- Fluent in English with proven communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, specifically Excel
- Good team player with the ability to lead and train junior staff
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and clients
- Ability to adhere to budgets and promptly address issues
- Organised with excellent timekeeping
- Driving license essential
