A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. This role will play a key part in the finance function, working closely with non-financial stakeholders across the business to drive financial insight and support operational decision-making.

What will the Management Accountant role involve?- Preparation of management accounts.
- Business partnering with supply chain, production, and warehouse teams to improve financial performance.
- Supporting the annual budgeting process and year-end audit.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance reporting and efficiencies.
- Experience within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive, analytical, and commercially aware, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
