Reed Accountancy are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join an expanding Finance team, for an established client in Chandlers Ford. This pivotal role is perfect for a proactive, part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA professional with a keen analytical mind. You will be instrumental in supporting various business units by providing high-quality financial reporting and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Day-to-day of the role:- Generate key data reports using Power BI or similar tools.
- Create detailed reports on performance, growth, and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with senior managers and stakeholders to inform business strategies.
- Management and support of a team of one.
- Develop business cases for investments in property, people, and products to facilitate timely and strategic decisions.
- Challenge existing processes and implement efficiencies to improve working standards.
- Experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Partner/Advisor.
- Qualified or part qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ICAW/ACA.
- Proficient in IT & Systems for data analysis, including advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills for financial and business modelling tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Independent initiative to resolve issues and a curiosity to independently seek answers.
- Forward-thinking, methodical, and detail oriented.
- Must hold a valid Driving License and own vehicle to visit other local sites.
