Alma Personnel are pleased to announce a requirement for their Eastleigh based client for an ambitious Admin Assistant to be based from their offices on a permanent part time basis.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:30am to 5.15pm, and slightly early finish on Fridays.
Working within the Admin team and reporting to the Admin supervisor your tasks will include but not limited to :-
Typing and distributing mail, answering telephone calls, scanning of confidential documents and photocopying as well as general administrative duties.
Assist with duties on Reception as and when required including welcoming visitors.
Postal responsibilities including scanning and booking of post and opening mail.
Payroll checks and filling of documents.
Banking as and when required.
Experience -
Some experience of working in a busy office environment would be an advantage as well as exposure to MS office applications with the ability to pick up in software quickly.
you will need to be proactive with a view to get things done with excellent attention to detail as well as having a natural head for being organised.
