A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well-established company to fill a position as an Administration Support Assistant. This is an ongoing position working 5 days a week with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.
Previous experience in an administration role is preferred as you will be working with various admin support systems.
What you need to know:
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours are 4:00pm- 8:30pm
- De briefing drivers
- Liaising with warehouse team and updating systems to ensure scanning compliance
- Dispatching night drivers
- Dealing with general queries and answering phone calls
What we require from you for this position:
- Previous experience in a similar admin position
- Confident when dealing with customers and clients over the phone
- Computer literate
- Willing to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Great communication skills
