Multilingual Customer Service Advisor

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Translator to join our client's team. This role is crucial as they expand their business across the Europe. The successful candidate will assist in translating documents and communications and play a key role in establishing new connections.

• Translate business documents and communications from English to relevant European languages.
• Accompany the team on a 1–2-week road trip across Europe to meet with managers and set up new locations.
• Facilitate communication between our team and local staff during meetings and setup processes.
• Make outreach calls with our team from the office, assisting in communication with European contacts.

• Proficiency in multiple European languages, including but not limited to French, Italian and German.
• Experience in translation and interpretation in a business context.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
