We have an amazing opportunity for someone who has administration experience, looking to get into a global organisation where there are opportunities to grow and develop their career. You will be joining a highly skilled and friendly team where you will provide essential administration support to the wider team.

You must have the desire to learn, be a strong team player, and pride yourself providing the best service to clients ensuring timely completion of work.

The Administrator duties include:

  • To complete various administration tasks, including estimations, customer billing/invoicing
  • Manage email queries via a shared mailbox, ensuring these are responded to within predetermined SLA's.
  • Escalate any key administration issues to the Admin Supervisor for authorisation and guidance in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain good communication and working relationships with both internal and external customers as well as all colleagues.
  • To complete our bespoke Brand Specialist training, joining a small group of colleagues with expert knowledge of the brands
  • Continuously develop you and your team-members personal knowledge and understanding of our products, services, company procedures/policies and our customers' expectations

Skills and experience required.

  • Strong administration experience, ideally within a similar role
  • The ability to prioritise key tasks and to proactively help team members complete daily tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to remain motivated whilst completing repetitive tasks
  • Experience working towards and meeting service level agreements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
