The Role
Were looking for a Senior Quality Officer to join their team and support the continued success of a bigger group. Reporting to the Quality Manager, youll play a vital role in driving compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the business.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead audits, optimize processes, and champion quality standards. Youll work closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Senior Quality Officer
Key Essentials:
- Qualifications: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (essential).
- Experience: Proven track record in quality management, compliance, and ISO 9001:2015 implementation and auditing.
- Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, advanced IT proficiency, and leadership capabilities.
- Additional: UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, maintaining all documentation and supporting audits.
- Process Optimization: Define and streamline internal processes to boost operational efficiency and consistent quality assurance.
- Audit Leadership: Conduct internal and external audits, preparing reports, and implementing corrective actions.
- Supplier Oversight: Maintain a robust supplier management system, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to enhance product and service delivery.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver quality management training for staff at all levels.
- Customer Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, producing detailed reports and driving service improvements.
