Our client, a well-established global company, is seeking a Returns Administrator to join their busy and supportive team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working two days in the office and three days from home, alongside excellent company benefits, including 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and an early Friday finish.

Role Overview

As a Returns Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating the return of goods to the company, managing queries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers and end users via telephone and email.
  • Organising and scheduling collections of products, ensuring stock readiness for collection.
  • Booking collections and maintaining accurate records.
  • Updating and managing departmental spreadsheets.
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the team.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and numeracy skills.
