- Daily bank reconciliations
- Processing invoices and handling invoice queries
- Reconciliations of supplier statements
- Preparing monthly payment runs
- Processing staff expenses
- Closing the ledger at month end
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Payable Clerk / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger Assistant / Finance Administrator
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- A methodical and logical approach
