As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth by securing new business and expanding the client’s presence.
Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Southampton
Salary: Up to £35k per annum + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full Time)
- Engage with stakeholders at networking events.
- Deliver updates on sales performance and trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using proactive sales strategies.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
