They are currently recruiting for a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their established team. You would be carrying out the full range of surveying services in line with client needs across Healthcare, Educational and Government sites. For the successful candidate our client can offer generous packages, competitive basic salary and the opportunity for further training and progression.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will be BOHS P402 qualified.
" Experience working hands on as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company.
" Good IT skills, able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge of the industry & HSG 264 guidelines.
" Will be driven and able to work well under pressure.
The Role:
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines to undertake management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Safely sampling of suspected ACMs.
" Bagging safely and correctly labelling materials suspected to contain asbestos.
" Liaising with clients providing excellent technical advice, ensuring to represent the company in a professional manner.
" Producing detailed reports for clients using information from site.
" Carrying out asbestos management services across Healthcare, Educational and Government sites.
