Patient Coordinator - Eastleigh - Temporary Assignment (3-6 weeks) - £12.47 per hour - Fully On-Site

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator for a client in Eastleigh for a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional empathy and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask across various systems.

Duties include:

  • Making outbound calls and booking patient appointments via the patient management system.
  • Answering the main phone line and returning calls to individuals who have left voicemails.
  • Updating the patient management system, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and screened for risk.
  • Handling a high volume of patient calls, booking appointments, referring calls as appropriate, taking messages, and recording all contact on the management system.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in an administrative and customer-focused role.
