Mobile Panel Beater
Location: Chandlers Ford
Starting Basic Salary: £54,600 + Bonus
Hours: 42.5 Hour Week plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
Extras: 29 Days Holiday
Our client is seeking a talented and efficient Mobile Panel Beater / Panel Technician with a valid ATA or NVQ equivalent to join their leading team. As a mobile technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles at customer locations, ensuring repairs are done in line with the manufacturer's specifications while utilising modern equipment and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out efficient repairs in a fast-paced mobile environment, travelling to various customer locations.
- Follow the correct repair techniques to ensure repairs are in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- You will have completed a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and hold a technical qualification (e.g., NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
- Previous experience working as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician within a busy body shop is essential.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and self-motivate to earn bonus hours.
- Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques for both heavy and minor crash repairs.
