My client is a market leading Maintenance Contractor who operate across Hampshire in the residential and commercial sectors, priding themselves on their reputation for quality workmanship.



Due to their success, they are searching for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join their roofing division. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills and an ability to ensure that projects are completed efficiently with a motivated workforce.



Role:

• Supervise work on site so projects are completed on time, to required quality
• Ensure site staff are motivated and work productively
• Ensure customer promises are delivered and relationships are developed
• Monitor progress and report to management
• Ensure a safe working environment for all

Experience Required:

• 5 or more years' Supervisor experience
• SSSTS
• Competent in all aspects of roofing
• Experience of working for a maintenance contractor would be preferred
