My client is a market leading Maintenance Contractor who operate across Hampshire in the residential and commercial sectors, priding themselves on their reputation for quality workmanship.

Due to their success, they are searching for an experienced Window Fitting Supervisor to join their roofing division. The ideal candidate will be an active Window Fitter and have good leadership skills, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently with a motivated workforce.

Role:

• Supervise work on site so projects are completed on time, to required quality
• Ensure site staff are motivated and work productively
• Ensure customer promises are delivered and relationships are developed
• Monitor progress and report to management
• Ensure a safe working environment for all

Experience Required:

• 3 or more years' Supervisor experience
• SSSTS
• Competent window fitter
• Experience of working for a maintenance contractor would be preferred
