- Manage fire safety and building safety major works projects from inception to
- Completion
- Conducting risk assessments for each project & ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
- Undertake regular site inspections to assess the quality of works and ensure compliance
- with safety regulations
- Liaise with contractor to ensure works completed are in line with signed contractual terms
- Procure appropriate contractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and value-for-money
- Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes effectively
- Qualified to HNC level in a building related discipline and / or demonstrable experience of working in a similar role within a housing association or contractor
- Knowledge of fire safety and building safety regulations, including FSO 2005 and BSA 2022
- Strong understanding of Fire risk assessments and key performance indicators (KPIs) in construction projects
- Fire safety qualification such as Fire Risk Assessment, NEBOSH etc
- Relevant driving licence
