What we expect our Engineering Manager to do:
- Recruit and lead a team of field based engineers, maintaining sewage systems for clients
- High level of technical standards
- Look over employee absences and leave
- Achieve targets by liaising with the grou[ business development manager
- Compliance of all health and safety procedures
- Project management of repairs of higher value
- Coordinate with clients and accounts
- Managing budgets for the department and forecasting
