Our client specialises in delivering underwater engineering solutions to the maritime industry, with a primary focus on supporting the MOD.
You will provide essential administrative during a peak workload period.
This is a 6 month contract running from January to June 2025.
Day to Day duties may include, but not limited to:
- Raising invoices and PO's
- Managing timesheets
- Preparing job files
- Preparing on-site documentation
- Liaising with employee & subcontracted divers
- Booking and planning hotels/flights
- Keeping job file records up to date
- Completing Reports
- Attend Operations Meeting
Key Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be benfefcial but not essential
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Contract Details:
- Hours: Standard hours are 9:00 - 5:30 (though can be flexible)
- Work Environment: Initially 100% office-based for training, moving to working from home one day a week after the training period (subject to agreement with the manager)
Hourly Rate: 13/h PAYE plus 1.57 holiday pay. Holiday pay can be accrued or advanced
