Have you worked in some sort of customer services? Either in a bar, restaurant, hotel, cafe, supermarket, shop, convenience store or similar? 

Would you like an office job working Monday to Friday? 

Attega Group is currently recruiting for a UK leading manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. 

This role will involve speaking with existing customers, offering customer service over the telephone and assisting with producing quotations.

In return, the salary on offer is a basic of up to £27,000 P/A, as well as various company benefits including 25 days’ annual leave, private medical insurance and annual company social events, plus more!

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.  

Duties for this role will include:

  • Dealing with incoming product enquiries by telephone 
  • Reading and responding to emails
  • Following up on outstanding quotes that have been sent out to customers 
  • Listening to customers needs and making product recommendations
  • Daily admin tasks.

The ideal candidate will need to be a confident communicator and have some form of sales or customer services experience. Full training will be provided for this role, so it is not essential that you have worked in an office environment before.  

You will need to be computer literate and have fantastic attention to detail.

As a person, you will need to be passionate, driven, with a strong personality.
