Sonic Summary

The position available is for a Service Advisor with a basic salary of approximately £27,000 and an on-target earnings (OTE) of around £35,000.
The role requires a minimum of experience working in a Service Advisor capacity, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, with one Saturday shift every three weeks from 08:00 am to 01:00 pm.
Candidates should be able to upsell service work, communicate effectively with customers, and be familiar with Motor Dealership Database Software.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive stigious main dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Southampton area.Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
