As a Data Analyst you will be based in Eastleigh and be the support to the Systems function for our client. The data analyst will assist the Head of Systems in providing MIS and Data services, central team, and learning partnership. Must have ARBOR experience.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Data Analyst role are:

  • Work with school leaders and systems project manager to implement ARBOR at their school.
  • Provide training for colleagues in the build-up to migration from legacy MIS to ARBOR.
  • Plan, with school leaders, and implement new ARBOR modules as appropriate.
  • Provide training and advice to school-based colleagues, as modules are rolled out on ARBOR.
  • Provide an escalation service for ARBOR via the central helpdesk.
  • Setup networking groups across the trust for the different modules in Arbor - for example payments or behaviour - organise these groups to meet on a regular basis, and chair these meetings providing agenda, minutes, and actions to all members.

Central team support

  • Assist School Improvement team with their data needs including, but not limited to:
    • Custom report writing in ARBOR.
    • Data extraction and visualisation from different systems, such as SISRA or CPOMS.
    • Create graphics, graphs, and BI feeds to assist with reporting to Trustees on KPIs for school improvement.
  • ReportKPIs on agreed targets for CEO report:
    • Helpdesk tickets open vs closed.
    • Modules adopted vs available.
    • Parental engagement.
