Our client, a very successful and growing company, is looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join a small but busy team. You will be required to take ownership for compliance processes to ensure they provide a service in accordance to the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated expert in compliance to work for a leader in their field. The office is based in Eastleigh and they have a fantastic working environment.

The Role

This is a newly created role within a small team. Duties will include:

  • Managing and maintaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations.
  • Implementation of ISO 27001
  • Ensuring consistency of policies and procedures across the organisation
  • Representing the company in all external quality, environmental, data protection and Information security requirements.
  • Monitoring and managing internal requirements.
  • Provide regulatory guidance
  • Identify, escalate and resolve any issues with non-compliance
  • Management of Data Protection policies and acting as Data Protection Officer.
  • Ensuring all documentation is up to date with current standards

The ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrable experience working within a Quality & Compliance role with a strong background in Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Non-conformance resolution. You will have extensive knowledge of ISO regulations. You will need exceptional communication and relationship building skills as well as a pragmatic and proactive approach. You will need to be confident using Microsoft Office products and ERP systems. Due to the nature of the role you will need to have a full clean driving licence,
