The role of Mobile Cleaner will include:
- Maintaining sheltered schemes and general needs property communal areas to a high standard
- Undertaking general caretaking duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, litter picking of communal areas and cleaning bin rooms
- Moving bulky items
- Working with customers to identify faults, resolving issues and improving services
- Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and continue to be suitable for required tasks
