Our client in Eastleigh is looking for an experienced Solderer to join their team.
Candidates should have experience in manufacturing conventional PCB and mechanical assemblies, along with proficiency in identifying components and kitting processes.
The role requires effective communication and collaboration within a team while adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
This position offers a pay range of £12.28 - £12.56 per hour for a 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
Applicants are expected to have relevant experience and will be assigned tasks by the Production Manager or Supervisors.

Our client, located in Eastleigh, is seeking an experienced Solderer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in manufacturing conventional PCB and mechanical assemblies.
Proficient in accurately identifying components.
Skilled in kitting processes.
Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety standards at all times.
Communicate effectively and collaborate within a team.
Maintain compliance with company codes of conduct.
Carry out responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisors.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Team Leader/Manager.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 1:00 pm

Pay:

£12.28 - £12.56 per hour
