Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Diary management for the Chief Executive
- Ensuring that the CE is fully briefed on key stakeholder meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare expense reports
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
- Screen incoming calls
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations
- Research & produce ad hoc briefings as requested
- Monitor on behalf of the CE; executive leave, expenses and invoices
Executive Assistant Requirements
- Previous executive assistance experience
- Experience within a non-profit organisation is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a high pace environment
- Experience of taking and writing minutes, reports, letters and preparing presentations is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Executive Assistant Package:
- Negotiable salary depending on experience
- Hybrid work avaliable
- Part time or full time hours avaliable
- 25 days annual leave FTE
