Our client, a forward thinking, established firm of Chartered Accountants, are seeking an Accounts Manager/Senior to join their expanding team in Chandlers Ford.

Working closely with the Directors the role will involve handling your own mixed portfolio of clients.

Key duties:-

  • Managing a diverse client portfolio
  • Providing excellent service to your clients; being their point of contact for day-to-day queries
  • Your responsibilities will include the preparation of accounts, corporation and business tax computations, with some bookkeeping and VAT
  • Building long lasting client relationships
  • Using a variety of accounting software packages
  • Developing and applying your technical and commercial knowledge
  • Managing your own workload to ensure assignments are completed to a high standard and on time,
  • Supervising, training and assisting more junior members of the team
  • Build productive relationships with team members and colleagues, adopting a collaborative working approach

You will also liaise with clients regularly, ensuring all their demands are met and reviewing their records. A good working knowledge of software such as Xero and Sage, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
