As an Assistant Client Manager within an innovative accounting practice, you'll have the opportunity to work with a unique client base, including content creators, influencers, and traditional businesses. Working in a hybrid setup with one day a week in the Eastleigh office, you'll assist in delivering top-tier financial services to UK and international clients, playing a key role in everything from management accounts to personal tax advising. This position offers flexible work hours, regular mentorship, and the chance to grow within a modern accountancy firm known for its high standards and commitment to professional development.Reporting to the Partner, you will be responsible for:
  • Producing and reviewing bookkeeping on Xero / Quickbooks
  • Assisting and managing relationships with both international and UK-based clients, including high-profile names, providing an attentive service to existing and new clients
  • Preparing and presenting management accounts with insightful commentary, helping clients make informed decisions
  • Handling client queries with responsiveness and expertise, becoming a trusted and reliable resource
  • Comprehensive accounts preparation, meeting regulatory and client standards
  • Handling corporation tax returns
  • Managing VAT returns
  • Providing personal tax advice
  • Assisting clients in relocating to other destinations such as Dubai (full training provided)
What you will need:
  • A strong background working in accountancy firms / practices
  • To be studying or qualified in ACA / ACCA / AAT
  • A keenness to learn and happy to train in helping clients to relocate to Dubai
  • To be a confident communicator, comfortable speaking to a range of clients and stakeholders
  • Accountability and independence, with a desire to create amazing client experiences
