As the FP&A Lead, you will work closely with the Finance Director to deliver financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis that drives key decision-making. What will the FP&A Lead role involve?
- Partnering with the Finance Director on the annual budgeting process and preparing rolling forecasts to reflect business performance and market changes.
- Delivering detailed monthly management accounts and board reporting packs to guide strategic decisions.
- Designing and maintaining financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Collaborating with senior management and department heads to enhance understanding of performance metrics versus budget.
- Supporting the business in its e-commerce operations, including working with multi-currency transactions and inventory management.
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Lead vacancy:
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manage complex financial models.
- Proven experience in managing multi-currency transactions, particularly within a stock-based business.
