Location: Eastleigh (SO50)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (with flexibility to work outside office hours when required)
Salary: £13.52 per hour
Start Date: Immediate (Temp to Perm)
Job Description
Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our clients dynamic team in Eastleigh (SO50).
Key Responsibilities:
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift truck (Reach Truck) to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and ready for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and organising inventory in the warehouse.
- Goods In/Out: Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Flexible Working: Be available to work outside regular office hours when required to meet operational demands.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Licenses: Must hold a valid Reach Truck License.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard hours when required to meet the needs of the business.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
