Warehouse Operative with FLT Counterbalance LicenceLocation: Chandlers FordHours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) / Full time/ Temporary (Ongoing) roleHourly Rate: £14.00 p/hWe are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence  for an ongoing temporary role based in Chandlers Ford (near Eastleigh, Hampshire).This role is key in supporting order dispatch, receiving, and material handling processes, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Dispatch & Picking: Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch and adherence to company standards. Safely use forklifts to move items and maintain an organised and high-quality packaging process.
  • Receiving: Accept and verify incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation and quality checks. Process received materials into the ERP system and manage shortages or returns.
  • Production Support: Attend daily production meetings, deliver materials to staging areas, and ensure kits are ready for production. Resolve work-in-progress shortages.
  • Forklift & Inventory: Safely operate forklifts for loading and unloading. Assist with stocktaking and inventory management.
  • Health & Safety: Follow safety protocols and maintain good housekeeping practices.
