Role Summary:
As a 3.5t Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer's products to their premises, ensuring exceptional customer service on a multi-drop delivery route. You will handle all products with care, transporting them safely and treating the freight as if it were your own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and legally drive 3.5t vehicles, complying with all legal requirements.
- Deliver goods to customer's premises within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Utilise good geographical knowledge to navigate using maps and gain local knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
- Solve customer problems at the point of delivery.
Additional Information:
