Page Personnel are partnering with a successful business based in Hedge End who are looking for an Administrator to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.

Client Details

Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Hedge End and will require travel to their offices.

Description

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • To coordinate and communicate with other departments within the business to ensure that customer requirements are met within the required timescales.
  • Process collections from customers within agreed timescales meeting customer
  • To follow up on failed collections and maintain appropriate spreadsheets within the department to ensure necessary action is taken to predetermined timescales.
  • To respond to customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner by phone and email as appropriate and to identify and resolve all customer issues, delivering outstanding customer service
  • To assist the Department in developing cross team co-operation and liaison with all departments.
  • To undertake any ad hoc tasks that may be necessary as specified by the Return team lead deliver exceptional customer service.
