Administrator  Location: Eastleigh Salary: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour Duration of assignment: 4 to 6 weeks temporary Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37 hours Dynamite Recruitment is proud to working in partnership with a very well-established organisation who are UK based. Due to huge success our client us looking to recruit a temporary Administrator to join a specialist team. As an Administrator you will be responsible for: Within this role you will act as a key point of contact for our external contractors and suppliers via email and on the telephone.You will provide day to day administrative support for a specialist department where you will be, raising jobs, raising purchase orders, and invoice processing. Key tasks of an Administrator are as follows: 
  • Coordinate appointments for risk assessments
  • Deal with all contact from customers via email, phone calls and internal requests
  • To under-take general administrative tasks
  • Create and maintain reports
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure all internal systems are kept up to date
  • Liaise with stakeholders
  • Raising jobs where needed 
  • Completing purchase orders
 The ideal Administrator will have / be:
  • Good administrative duties
  • Will be competent in using Microsoft Office , Word and Excel.
  • Will have the ability to Influence and negotiate to achieve results and meet deadlines.
  • Will be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Will have excellent attention to detail.
  • Will have strong communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Will be available Immediately.
