We are looking for a Contracts Co-ordinator for our client based in Eastleigh. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for a range of teams within the organisation. You will often work to tight deadlines and will liaise with operatives, sub-contractors, internal and external customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation who works to very high standards. This role is initially a 3 month temp contract that could potentially go permanent for the right person.

The Role

You'll be a key point of contact for external contractors & internal stakeholders. You’ll have a flexible approach to your work and be prepared to support all administration functions within the team. This varied role includes; general administration, responsibility for making sure orders are put through correctly, maintenance of the asset information for service contracts, communicating with contractors and other teams around the business. You will need to be a driver as on occasion you may need to visit other sites.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. You will need to be organised, confident dealing with a wide range of people, self-motivated and enthusiastic with good attention to detail. Strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and a flexible approach to work are all essential. You will need to be confident using Word and Excel. This is initially a temporary role so you need to be able to start with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
