Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Sheetmetal Worker to join their small friendly team in Chandlers Ford. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, ensuring high standards and precise work.
Key Responsibilities:- Manufacturing components to quality standards, tolerances, and finish as specified by each customer
- Promoting and adhering to safe working standards
- Meeting production deadlines within the allocated time
- Experience in fabricating and working with sheet metal
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, while also using own initiative
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Proficiency, or willing to be trained, in the use of machinery such as Guillotine, Brake Press, Turret Punch, Steelworker, Rolling, Assembly, Spot Welding, Plasma Cutting, and Magnetic Drilling
- Permanent Monday to Friday role, with working hours from 07:30 to 16:30
