Part-Time Administrator

Our client, an established, professional, and forward-thinking company located in Eastleigh, is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in modern offices as part of a dedicated administration team, providing high-quality administrative support.

Role: Part-Time AdministratorLocation: EastleighSalary: £24,000 per annum (pro rata)Working Hours: 30 hours per week

  • Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general administrative tasks, including typing, distributing letters, answering calls, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Assisting the Reception and Admin Supervisor as needed.
  • Accurately completing daily timesheets.
  • Handling postal responsibilities such as daily scanning, booking post, and opening mail.
  • Supporting payroll tasks, including payroll checks and daily document filing.
  • Managing archiving tasks and maintaining the archive database.
  • Processing internal forms efficiently.
  • Performing banking duties as required.
