- Managing end to end monthly payroll activities for 4 payrolls.
- Ensuring timely & accurate payroll reporting to the HMRC.
- Calculating SSP, SMP and SPP.
- Generate and create monthly payroll journals.
- Overseeing all aspects of the online company expenses facility.
- Reporting and analysis of payroll data.
- Tax year end processes – P60s and legislation updates.
- Processing of cash expenses for all employees.
- Completing annual P11Ds and keeping employee benefits records.
- Extensive experience in an end to end payroll position is essential.Â
- Strong excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Payroll or AAT qualifications
