Job OverviewThe primary role will be making plywood and timber packing cases and also packing the cases with a variety of equipment for export worldwide.
The role will mainly be based on-site in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, however at times will be required to work at customer's premises within 40 mile radius. A van is provided for transport
Responsibilities
- Cutting timber and sheet materials on industrial crosscut & panel saws
- Making plywood and timber cases using pneumatic nail guns
- Receiving and packing equipment
- Delivery and collection of customers orders
- Cleaning and maintaining tools
Skills
- Experience with hand tools such as nail guns, drills, and saws, although training can be given
- Good attitude and flexibility on working hours is important
- Problem-Solving ability
- Reliable and Professional
- Full driving licence is preferable but not essential
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8.00am - 4.30pm
