Community Safety AdministratorSalary: £12.15 P/HHours: full-time, 37 hours per week.Location: Eastleigh, HampshirePlease note, this is a temporary position ongoing for 12 weeks, with hopes to go permanent for the right candidate.  Dynamite Recruitment are looking for a Community Safety Administrator, to provide necessary support within a specialist team. As a Community Safety Administrator, you will be:
  • Managing the team inbox and work orders.
  • Scanning and filing documents. 
  • Overseeing stock levels. 
  • Support customers with necessary guidance. 
  • Liaise with internal and external departments, via telephone and email.
  • Update and logging incidents accordingly.
  • Provide necessary reports. 
  • Take ownership of internal App used, including attending meetings related to relevant updates. 
Ideally, you will be/have:
  • A strong understanding and confidence with handling Domestic Abuse and Anti-Social Behavior cases. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Strong IT skills. 
  • Experience within administration. 
  • Resilience when handling safeguarding issues.
