If so, our client is very successful and expanding due to gaining contracts and accounts with both UK and International customers.

This role will give you an opportunity to source and investigate products that your clients are needing to source for large scale projects from a network of global suppliers. These products are to meet technical and commercial requirements for the business, so negotiating competitive terms to get the best deals is key.

There is an element of upselling and maximising on orders so previous soft sales-based training would be ideal

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client quote requests and understand requirements
  • Investigating into and sourcing products / equipment from global suppliers to specifications
  • Negotiating pricing and payment terms with suppliers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Meeting and adhering to SLAs, KPI’s and customer expectations
  • Providing innovative and timely solutions

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to be proactive and enjoy working in a results-driven environment reaching KPI’s
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on increasing company revenue
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Core Working hours

  • 8.30am – 5pm

Salary

  • £28,000 - £35,000 basic depending on experience
  • Bonus – Uncapped with high ability to earn based on performance! (additional £10k+)
