IT Commercial Business Manager
Salary: Salary negotiable Dependent on Experience
Location: Southampton, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 37 ½ hours per week

They are seeking a dynamic IT Business Manager to lead their IT department's financial strategy and operations. This pivotal role will involve overseeing budgeting, cost optimisation, asset management, and service cost management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust IT finance policies and procedures aligned with our client’s strategic goals.
- Support the IT Leadership Team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing expert financial guidance.
- Identify and capitalise on cost-saving opportunities within the IT department, collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the department's financial performance and value delivery.
- Implement effective mechanisms to track and allocate technology service costs based on usage and business needs.
- Oversee a robust IT asset management strategy to optimise asset utilisation and minimize costs.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven track record in IT commercial management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- In-depth understanding of IT systems and their financial implications.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Asset Manager or similar asset management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
