Are you Infrastructure support with an interested in Development and DevOps.
This is a great opportunity to join an SME pushing towards a cloud-based Enterprise style infrastructure.
As the environment matures, you'll get involved with designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment pipelines working closely with our Application Development and Support Team, while providing some general infrastructure support.
It will be imperative to ensure the systems are scalable, secure, and efficient, supporting our organisation's growth and operational objectives
The Role
- Developing and implementing automation scripts and tools to automate tasks.
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Implementing security best practices and protocols
- Setting up monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to infrastructure incidents
- Collaborating with development and operations to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
- Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations and processes.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
The role is paying up to Ā£55,000 with great benefits including, Bupa, holiday starting at 23 days, life assurance, car scheme and more
This Cloud Platform Engineer role is based in the Southampton area and would require occasion travel to other sites across the South.
