- Assist Customers with their needs.
- Support then Head Chef and step in to assist with cooking where required – to cover holidays.
- To assist on the tills
- To help serve food.
- To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager.
- To report health and safety issues to your line manager, including all accidents and near misses
- To operate machinery as shown and trained to do so, ensuring that the equipment is used safely and in accordance with regulations and company policy.
- To serve customers with hot and cold food and beverages on a counter during service times
- To ensure all displays, counters and seating areas are clean and comply with statutory health and hygiene requirements.
- To assist in the preparation of food as required
- To clean all work areas during and after use and remove all waste to the appropriate are.
- To maintain temperature records as required and to report any variance.
- To open Kitchen and prep for Breakfast service
- Available to start asap.
- Will ideally have assisted in a Catering role/ Kitchen previously.
- Be willing to train and adjust to positions as and when needed.
- Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers.
- Customer service focused.
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
- Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
- Able to follow instruction clearly.
- Attention to detail and completing tasks to a high standard.

- A food hygiene certificate is preferred but isnt essential
