The Role:

Are you a Fleet Administrator looking for an immediate start in a long-term contract role?

Our client is one of the UK's leading specialists in the commissioning and decommissioning of ambulances and blue-light vehicles. Based in Southampton, they ensure that emergency vehicles across Hampshire and surrounding counties operate at the highest level.

As a Fleet Administrator, you will support the workshop and management team, ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed and filed. You'll play a key role in the smooth running of the workshop, handling administrative tasks, answering calls, and using Microsoft Office efficiently. The role requires someone who can work autonomously, manage their workload effectively with minimal supervision, and assist with multiple projects simultaneously.

The Ideal Candidate:

? Administrative experience (Fleet/Automotive sector experience is advantageous)? Proficient in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills? Comfortable answering phone calls and handling workshop administration? Able to work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and handle multiple projects? Available immediately for a Monday-Friday, days-based role in Southampton? Happy to be paid via a third-party Umbrella/Payroll company
